Walk Talk Therapy
What is walk talk therapy?
Walk talk therapy is the combination of traditional talk therapy combined with the mindful movement of walking in a safe place. Before a session takes place, the client and I will identify a place they feel comfortable with in order to provide walk talk therapy. This may take place at a public park, neighborhood, or a favorite hiking trail in the Terre Haute area and Indianapolis area.
